Are you visiting Gozo with your kids or grandchildren? Then we’ve found the perfect playground spot for you! Welcome to The Għarb Leisure Park. A lovely spot in a quiet area just round the corner from the Ta’ Dbiegi Crafts Village.
The Playground
The playground offers an area with swings, slides and seesaws. The Għarb Leisure Park also offers a separate space for older kids to play and climb onto the playground’s climbing grid. This is found beneath the play area for younger kids. We’re positive that kids between the ages of 2-7 will enjoy themselves differently there!
Picnic Spot
The park also has another section dedicated to picnics with various tables and benches. Whether you take with you a small packed lunch or prepare food for a picnic, it’s a great spot to stop for a snack.
Other Perks
The park is quite large with itself and has plenty of room for kids to run around. One must be careful since the park is not secured by a gate. So, we recommend keeping an eye out. Although the park does not offer any café, one can always visit the Ta’ Dbiegi Crafts Village and have a nice coffee there. And, why not explore the area with the kids once you’re there too? Another perk to add to the playground is the toilet facilities, in case your little ones need to use the bathroom.
